Beck Redden LLP is pleased to announce it will remain atop the 46-story LyondellBasell Tower for at least another decade.  Founded 25 years ago, the litigation firm renewed its lease, with 48,233 square feet, at 1221 McKinney Street, maintaining its offices on the 45th and 46th floors.  The Firm was represented by Tim Relyea of Cushman & Wakefield.

“We are proud of our success and longevity in the city of Houston,” Beck Redden Co-Founder and Partner David J. Beck said.  “It is important for us to maintain consistency for our clients by staying in the heart of downtown.  This lease renewal also demonstrates our belief in Houston’s vibrant economy and our commitment to growth.”

LyondellBasell Tower occupies the entire city block and is part of the Houston Center complex, which includes downtown's only shopping mall, The Shops at Houston Center.  It is considered a "city within a city", combining its office space with a superior location, professional management, complete skybridge and tunnel connections, and convenient parking.
