Erin Hilary Huber is part of Beck Redden’s exceptional appellate team.

Her legal career has been focused on appellate work since graduating from law school and completing an appellate judicial clerkship at the First Court of Appeals in Houston. Her appellate practice is diverse, as she represents both sides of the docket and handles a wide variety of commercial and personal ­injury disputes. Erin strives to do first-­class work in the appeals on which she works.

She has worked on appeals in the Texas Supreme Court; the state intermediate appellate courts in Houston, San Antonio, Dallas, Fort Worth, Beaumont, Amarillo, Corpus Christi, Eastland, Texarkana, Waco, Tyler, and El Paso; and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. She has argued appeals in the Houston and Dallas Courts of Appeals.
