Leslie Honey Tronche

Associate

Having served as a law clerk in one of the nation’s busiest federal trial courts, Leslie knows first-hand how to present a complex case that wins over judges and juries alike.  As a native East Texan, Leslie served as the first law clerk to Judge Rodney Gilstrap of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, gaining extensive insight into Eastern District practices and procedures.  Leslie uses that knowledge to zealously represent clients in an array of civil matters for the firm.

Leslie also has experience with former District Judge T. John Ward and former Magistrate Judge Charles Everingham, IV, of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, and with Magistrate Judge Jeffrey Manske of the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.

Obtained summary judgment in the Southern District of Texas on behalf of major pharmaceutical company against claims of negligence, defective design, failure to warn, and breach of warranty.

Prosecuted Class C misdemeanors on behalf of the City of Houston as part a twenty week program as a volunteer prosecutor,  trying approximately half a dozen jury trials.
